(f). The construction and maintenance of Government Telephone Service, including cables to Lighthouses and across

the Harbour.

(g). The control and disposal of all Crown Lands. (h). The administration of the Buildings section of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, including the passing of plans for all building operations in the Colony and the general supervision of all such operations.

are concerned:- Gas Company, Electric Tramway Company, Two Medtric Light and Power Companies, Telephone Company and Telegraph Companies.

From statements appearing in yr. Drake's application, I infer that he is at least 40 years of age, but

it would be well to state that as one of the requirements. It

would be well to add that he must be energetic and active.
